Silver Sands Villa

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the management requests your co- operation in observing the following rules and policies.

• The payment should be made in full before checkin.
• Max occupancy – 10 adults. Children below the age of 5 can stay free of charge sharing parents bed. Children between 6-12 years of age will be charged Rs 3000 per night. An extra mattress will be provided.
• Person above the age of 12 is considered an adult.
• Check in Time is 4 PM. Check out Time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check- out will be subject to availability and will incur an extra charge.
• Check out time is strictly at 11 AM. If you need a taxi to pick you up at checkout, Kindly ensure the taxi is booked to arrive before 11 AM
• A late checkout is possible but is subject to availability. For a late check out till 6 PM half days rental will be charged. While checkout after 6 pm will attract a full day rental charge.
• For an early checkout no refund shall be made under any circumstances.
• Special requests are subject to availability on the day of arrival.
• Guests are requested to carry their ID proof; copy of the same would be retained by us for records, which is mandatory as per Government Law. The following documents only are considered valid I.D. proofs — Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card & Aadhaar Card.
• We will require a refundable security deposit of Rs.10000 to be paid at the time of check-in. This can be done via UPI or Cash on arrival which will be refunded at the time of check out provided there is no damage to the property.
• Kindly check for and report any damage to the property or installations to the house host within 60 minutes of checking in. We will do a full check of the villa as per ‘inventory list’ upon checkout and deductions for any damages will be made from the security deposit.
• Towels will be changed daily. Kindly do not to take the white towel to the pool. Pool towels will be provided!
• No towels should be taken to the beach.
• The pool rules are displayed in the pool side area. The management reserves the right to claim damages from the guest in case of misuse of the pool in any manner, and in case of any violation of the rules.
• Bed linen will be changed after 2 days. In case linen is required to be changed before this period due to any reason, additional charges will be applicable.
• Any damages, stains of food, tattoo or any other non washable stains to the lined or upholstery will be charged for.
• Daily housekeeping will be done between 4.30 PM – 6.30 PM.
• Guests are requested not to assign any additional duties to the housekeeping staff who are under instruction from the house host not to accede to any direct requests. Please speak to the house host for any services.
• Use of the swimming pool is at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest(s). We do not have a life guard on duty …. So NO DIVING PLEASE
• The management reserves the right to claim damages from the guest in case of misuse of the pool in any manner, and in case of any violation of the rules.
• Children at the pool must be supervised by an adult, at all times as there will be No life guard on duty.
• Do not take glass bottles or food inside the pool.
• In accordance to local Goan Law, we request guests to keep the music levels to a moderate level at all times and shut after 10 PM.
• The use of balconies or furniture inside the villa for drying laundry is not permitted. Kindly use the drying rack that is provided.
• Pets are strictly not allowed inside our premises.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas inside the villas. Smoking areas are limited to balconies, terraces and private gardens of the villas.
• Non-Residents are not allowed into the villa without the written permission by management. Even when permission is obtained the non resident guests can stay till 8:00 PM only. Any stay beyond 8:00 pm will be considered as overnight stay and incur an 25% charge of the daily rent.
• Please turn off all electric equipment including ACs when you go out.
• You can park upto 2 four- wheelers in the parking space.
• Arms and ammunition are not allowed within the guest house premises.
• We have a strict no drugs policy. Please do not carry any illegal drugs with you. The staff has been instructed to report to the police on suspicion of any illegal activity.
• We assume no responsibility for loss or damages of valuables; kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings. An electronic safe has been provided in one room to safeguard your valuables.
• The management will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from use of any of the villa facilities or for accidents occurring in the villa premises.
• Any kind of unruly behaviour is not tolerated and the guest will be evicted if found so, without being entitled for any refund or damages.

We request you to honour the house rules. Any guest found violating the above rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of the entire booking without refunds, and settlement of the full and final bill. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any violations.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years.
• Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted. We are unable to proceed with check-in without these documents and the booking will be considered a ‘no show’ without a refund.
• Consumption of illegal substances is prohibited on the premises.
